Contact us by e-mail or phone (tharvey@xmission.com or 801-582-6434) with questions and to discuss available dates and prices. We’ll happily send you more information about the house. Sorry, smoking and pets are not allowed.  If acceptable dates are available, we’ll send you a rental agreement. Fill it out, sign and return the agreement along with $500 as a security deposit, which also will serve as your fully refundable damage deposit.

Balance Due

The remaining balance of your rental charge is due no later than 60 days before you arrive. Failure to pay the remaining balance will result in the loss of your reservation.

Cancellations

We must be notified of any cancellation. If you do need to cancel, the following refund schedule applies:

If you cancel at least three months in advance, you’ll get a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than three months in advance you get a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.

Cleaning, Tax and Damage Deposit

Your rent does not include the cleaning fee of $150. Additional charges will be deducted from your damage deposit if the home is left especially dirty.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is at noon on your arrival date and check-out is noon of your departure date.

Method of Payment

Payments can be made by credit card, cashier's check or personal check.
