UPSTAIRS

The upstairs apartment features two bedrooms, one bath and a full kitchen. The balcony offers bird's eye views of the lake, the Swan Range and foothills of the Mission Mountains.

The upstairs dining table seats four.

The compact kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals.

The main bedroom upstairs has a queen-size bed.

The smaller bedroom upstairs includes a double bed.

BASEMENT

Like the other apartments, the basement kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and cookware.

The living room has a sleeper sofa. The lake is just 20 steps away from the patio door.

A queen-size bed in the basement bedroom ensures a great night's sleep. The basement also has a full bath.

The basement patio is just feet from the lake.
